Welcome to the Baby Doane blog! Aleena Rose Doane was born at 11:01pm on August 13th, 2011 at Swedish Hospital in Ballard. She weighed 8lbs, 15oz and was 21 inches long. Samantha Maylee Doane was born at 3:05pm on November 5th, 2014 at Swedish First Hill in Seattle. She weighed 7lbs, 8oz and was 19 ¾ inches long. Check back often to see what these sisters are up to!
Dear Ones, I am so happy for you both as you prepare to welcome new baby Doane. What a blessing! We are so happy for you and appreciate that you have chosen to share with us. I know you will be awesome parents, and because of knowing that, I humbly wish to share my concerns about the above book. There is quite a bit of concern surrounding this book and the parenting methods taught.The American Academy of Pediatrics has warned about the feeding schedules and has other issues with the books. Please, take time to research for yourselves before implementing the information in this book. I know you only want the very best for your new baby.
