Aleena in December!

Aleena had lots of fun in December. She got lots of great presents from Santa and family and friends. Here she is cruising in her new car from Grandma Carol:

Aleena Loves Santa!

Happy Halloween!

Aleena had lots of Halloween fun this year. She dressed up and attended a Halloween carnival last week, playing games and riding the kids train. Then she braved the elements and did some trick-or-treating with Mommy and Daddy on Halloween night. Here are a few pics and video of her adventures:

At the Pumpkin Patch

Aleena went to the pumpkin patch at Craven Farms and picked out a few good ones for Halloween. Here she is checking the place out:

Great Grandma Goes To Heaven :(

Aleena Rose Doane.  Her middle name comes from her Great Grandmother Rosemary Doane.  Great Grandma Rosemary went to Heaven last week after a brief illness.  Aleena was lucky enough to meet her and hang out with her on several occasions, and Great Grandma asked about her all the time.  She would always end each phone call with "...and give that beautiful baby a kiss for me...".  Daddy and Mommy miss Great Grandma a lot, but are blessed that she got a chance to meet Aleena, hold her in her arms, and fall in love with her.  We love you Great Grandma!

Aleena Goes To The Zoo And Beach!

Aleena had a busy weekend! First, she helped celebrate her friend Jaya's birthday at the zoo. Here are some pics of her checking out the animals:
